Dear Sir, in continuation with the previous answer about the desertion and applying for resortaton of conjugal rgs, must i prove all the 15 pts which he has applied for the divorce, with evidence, and what chance do i have to win

we do not know what 15 points you are referring to. I mentioned that your restoration of conjugal rights is an independent right. If you could prove that you always wanted to stay with your husband and further that in spite of your sincere efforts to stay in the matrimonial home, you have been deprived of living with your husband, then you have made your case.

all the points raised by husband in his divorce petition need to be answered categorically and specifically. you may deny the allegations made by him in his petition and press for Restitution of conjugal rights.
