Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir, I'm engineering graduate, and hence I was not having any knowledge of the Laws, earlier days, but now I'm reading some concern Law sections and gaining the knowledge and getting confident. My in-laws are from Nagpur and they file the case u/s 498 IPC and IPC-125A, I alredy changed two advocate in Nagpur who were not at all reliable, these things I came to know later. I'm working in Bombay. I never troubled or quarreled with my wife. but I noticed the lack of understanding from my wife side and my in-laws acts as an instigator. My wife left the house on her own accord. by using the law loophole they filed the above two cases and demanding Rs. 10,000 PM. towards maintenance. I did some audio recordings using Mobile phone, at around 23 different situation when my elders interven the matter, in that she never said that I troubled her, I don't have any bad Habbits. I filed RCR. I'm having 1yr baby boy and under her custody. She need money only. Even I'm not at all any fault she is not interested to be with me and not want voluntary Divorce too. she is from stupid rich family.

1. Is audio recording acceptable in the court, if I substitute with I witness.

2. What else LawGuru team want to suggest me to do in my case?

Regards to All LawGuru Members......... Anand

Recordings may not help you much. Be careful in engaging a Lawyer and have faith in him. What else you want to have knowledge on?
