once you file the transer petition civil u/s 25 of civil procedure code, on the first day itself, the stay of proceedings may be granted in your favour thereby the case in ghaziabad court would be stayed. the trasnfer of the case from Gzb to Del may take a some time. regarding the expense, it is advisable, you seek the quote from the lawyer directly, that you intend to hire.
