Dear Sir , Girl filed a case under section 9 & withdraw it after 2 years in delhi & ( filed another case under domestic violence act 2005 ) but according to the judge judgement in section 9 boy have to give Rs.2100 per month till the case end in instalment but 25000 amount is still pending by boys end which we girl filed an execution in the same court & judge issued a balif & attachment order of boys properties but it in ghaziabad , U.P. & court balif decline to go there respect of other state jurisdiction & at last judge issued a transfer degree order to ghaziabad court ? Sir i want to know that what is the procedure now we have to take this court judge order to ghaziabad court which is to impement there or not or we have to filed some other case of execution there ? what is the right step for us ?

you need to file an execution in delhi and seek order from the court whereby the court would refer the execution to be conducted through the district judge gzb.
