Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir,

I have one house property which done registry by granny on name of my aunty (My mother's sister). My granny have no son.She have three daughter & here property already distributed between that three daughter in verbally including my mother.granny have three residential houses

my mother & me live in our separate house which provide by granny in 1993. We Also paid municipal corporation property taxes, water bill, electricity bill from that time to till date. We also give Rs.25000 to my aunty (My mother's sister) for difference in distribution of property.

Granny provide us only land & one floor construction which was registered on her own name. In 2012 my mother construct second floor with expending Rs.3,00,000. We have proof of construction.

In month February 2013 cause of some disputes my granny registered our house on name aunty (My mother's sister).

Please suggest the remedy & How my mother bring back House Or mother have succession right over the mother property

Also suggest case law regarding this.
