Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

My husband has filed for a divorce, which i disagree, now i am in the process of applying for a RCR, and maintence petition, i have already finished one round of unsuccesful mediation, now can i request for another round of mediation as I would like to settle thru comprimise not to waste any more time.

what is your opinion?

yes you may ask for mediation again while your RCR and Main. are pending or not.
