Dear sir, i m married man .i want to do maitry karar wid my lover. she is unmarried we want marry fast for live together but my first wife is not giving me divorce so in maitry karar my first wife signs is required on papers or not can u help me plz ?

maitry karar cannot be considered a legal document in case you are married. this would amount to adultry on your part and your wife may file a petition for divorce against you on the grounds of cruelty and also make the other girl as respondent.
