Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir/ Madam ,
My Name is Sulthana I am from Chennai ,I am Muslim Women 25 years old. I got married on 14.12.2008. and my husband is working in Qatar . My mother in law asked some money and Jewel so she is not gave proper food and she will not given a chance to speak etc., with my husband so my husband not in contact form past 6 months now he is in Qatar only. I have one year baby even he is not asking my baby also, now I am in my mom home. I heard last week that my mother in law searching a women for my husband 2 nd marriage . I would like to take action against to my mother in law and my husband. And I would like to live with my husband. Even I don no when he will back to india If he not come what can I do for further action.
Please inform to me what can I do by law.

you may file a complaint under domstic violence act and seek reliefs such as residence, maintenance, compensation etc..
