Legal Question in Family Law in India
Dear Sir / Madam,
I am a parsi woman who wants to get divorce from my husband.
The major issue in the marriage is lack of trust and suspicious nature of my husband. Also there are medical reasons as he is suffering from infertility due to which he has fallen into depression.
Its been 4 years of our marriage and i want to end it in a peaceful way.
kindly suggest an appropiate approcah.

it is better if you settle the matter with intervention of elders and in case none are there to help, you may seek the help of a lawyer who would mediate the matter and get the divorce done by mutual consent.
