Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,
I am Mahi. I have one son and 1 daughter; I am living alone with my daughter and son is in husband�s custody. My I have applied divorce on 25.01.2012 at Principle District Court Villupuram, Tamil Nadu. They sent summon to my husband and he attended to the case on 27.04.2012 after that he didn�t attend the case but I have attended the case for 4 times without fail. Finally Court issued the order for divorce on 24.08.12.
1. Hereafter my husband can apply any kind of activity in court?
2. What kind of issues will come from my husband side and how can I face the problems?
3. Can I marry any other person?

you can wait for another two and a half months and then you can go for marriage.

1) He may go for setting aside the ex parte decision if he has some good cause / reason for non appearance.

2)Keep in touch with your lawyer

3) Wait for at least 3 months before remarrying.
