Dear Sir.
i am Manish From Ahmedabad Gujarat I am married since 7 yrs also become father of two child elder is 5.5 Yrs. old and younger is 10 months old after 4 months of my yonger child's birth my wife is gone to her father house and also stolen from my home like money and ornaments After seen all this i dont want to cont. this reletion and want seperation.
How soon i get custody of my yonger child as elder one is already with me only.

Manish: Your wife may not be guilty of any 'theft' as alleged by you. The custody of a minor child may not be allowed to you before the child completes 5. If you choose not to allow your wife to live in the family home, you may be guilty of 'domestic violence'; If your wife does not have any other source of income, you may be liable to pay her maintenance even after divorce.
