Dear sir,
i got married and now me and my wife has been separated for 5 months and i am living with my parents. i asked my wife to come and live with me but she says that she will come and live with me subject to the condition that i have leave my parents and to live with her. in this situation i dont want to leave my parents and and i dont want to leave my wife too..
my wife filed a divorce petition and in that it is mentioned that if i agree to come separately leaving my parents and to stay with my wife then only she will withdraw the petition.
in this case if i deny to leave my parents does it be a plus point to my wife?
please give me a solution.
