dear sir,
i have a one property
my grandfather wrote a will for my mother & father name combined, but my father expired on 30.04.2001. then my father have a two wife's,my mother is second wife ,first wife expired then only married my mother, how to share these asstes, the asset area is 1415 sqfts, some advocate said share wife wise,some another advocate says child wide , we are 5 childs of our family[2 for first wife 3 for second wife
