Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir ,

My sister marriage held on 14.012.2008 Now she is having one child . When she get married her mother in law torched in still now its going on many ways she not giving proper food and many things . My sisters husband now working in Qatar he not caring about any thing about this matter. can you please advise what we can do now the situation

P.S We are Muslim family and she is having more affection on her child . it is six month baby .

If she is suffering cruelty, she should file a written complaint against them in the local police. She may also initiate action under the D.V.A.
