dear sir , today i have filed a divorce case against my husband . Generally in how many days the notice will be sent to him ? how will he reply to that notice and is it possible for him to not present himself in the court on the schduled date of hearing ? In how much can i get divorce ? what efforts can he do to avoid giving me maintenance and the alimony?
