Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir, I want to transfer my cases IPC 125A, IPC-498A which are filled by my wife in Nagpur, I am working in AIR-INDIA Mumbai, and my Father-in-law is also recently transfered from Nagpur to Mumbai, State bank of Indore, Mumbai branch and staying in Mumbai. Is it possible to transfer the cases and if yes to which court I should appeal for the same.

If the case is to be transferred within the jurisdiction of same State, , you may file a transfer petition before the High Court.
