Legal Question in Family Law in India
Dear sir, As per ur advise against my question, it is not possible an adjustment with my wife. She needs my mothr's death to live with me. I can't kill my widow mother for a life with her. I know divorce is not easy. But I have no another chance..She & her parents never understand the facts. They also agreed with her as she wants divorce from me. She always sents abusive messages to me about me & my mother. Even she told "ur mother is like a wife to u". Am a human being not an animal . I have collected all evidences about her ugly behaviour/ manner through voice recording & messages including her past affair.They are trying to cage me at their home by showing double storied house & car. But am not interested in that. So Its my painful request that what can I do in this present situation. reply me please.

you may file a petition for divorce on the ground of cruelty. you may elaborate all the above facts in your petition for divorce and pursue it aggressively.

i agree with my colleagues but if she gets ready for mutual consent divorce it is much better.
