Dear Sir,
My wife took divorce from me and not sending my daghter to my home . At time fo divorce she promise to give child custody to me and my parents .Infact we have made the agreement regarding child ,in this agreement child custody should goes to me and my parent but now her parent refusing to send my daughter to my home .However she has done second mirrage also. as i m out of country. they are doing what ever they want . they have made the passport of my child with out informe me . in this seniario shall i take any legal action against them to teach them good lesson.

as you are out of country and your wife had given a statement before the court that the custody would handed over to you and your parents, you may file the appropriate cases as suggested.
