Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

� My wife has falsely filled 498A against me and my family as on 15.09.2012

� We got bailed from court on next day 16.9.2012

� We have 3 yrs of son

� Son is under her premises since last 5 months

� My Son is very attache with me but she had strickly refused to meet and even do talk on phone also, her father is like monster, so i can't meet or talk with my son right now because she falsely filled police complained (like... Kidnaping, harassement,) also when I went to meet his play center school before 10 days. I am very upset and harasse also !! sir.

� we had submitted custdy and Intrim order (visiting rights) in courst on 28.09.2012 but my wife' s lawyer s getting a date and date to late hearing.

� First date was 22.10.2012 and now Second Date is for hearing is 16.12.2012.

� Please give me some suggestion to meet him at least till the hearing date for interim order. (i love my son very much and he is also) since last 3 months i couldn't meet him due to my wife and her father's monster nature.
