Dear sir,

Adoption deed ( of new born girl child) was registered in April 2009, which was signed by doner parents.I want to know whether adoption deed can be cancelled.

because doner mother had filed a case in court in Oct. 2010 to cancel the adoption deed

blaming that her consent was not free at the time of adoption.

further in which circumstances, adoption deed can be cancelled, so that adoptive child could go back to his biological parents.

in case her consent was not free, the adoption deed may be cancelled. the cosnent should be free from fraud, misrepresentation, coercion, duress, etc.
