Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir

As per Indian law, can a Brother marry with her sister?

I know that my this decision is very abrupt in nature. but i take my this decision after a very long thinking. you must know it.

i am a elder brother in my family. i have my sister named archana who is 8 year lesser from my age. on july 2009 i got marry with Priyanka. after 6 month some fude have been croped up between us. later on she left my matrimonial home then she filed 498A, DV, 125 against my hole family & attempt to rape case against my father. we and my hole family spend in jail for 3 month & my father spent 6 month in jail for additional charge "attempt to rape case".

After 3 year continue case we compromise with her for paying 8 lac case to her. she then give us divorce and also withdraw all of her alligation against us.

due to these alligation against me and my sister, no one want to marry with my sister when he heard about it.

Now i decide to marry with my sister in court marrige.

If i marry with my sister then following benifit i gain

1. My father & my father in law will be same

2. My mother and my mother in law will be same

3. No fear for conviction in 498a, DV act, 125 maintainence law.

4. My sister will get married and got trustable husband

5. My wife (in the form of my sister) will never left her matrimonial home because her "Sasural" and her "Mika" will be both same. and if she left her matrimonial home then she have no other shelter.

So my final decision is that if i marry with my sister then i can spend a trustable and happy matrimonial life.
