Dear sir
Before 1 and half year, after 3 month of marriage my wife threating me for filing false alligation like DV and 498a because i came to know of her past affair. after studing the maintenance related case, i got shocked and i take a extreme step that i do my Nasbandy without permition of my wife. then after i informed it to my wife and also said her that she will never get any type of child from me. she then after start living separately and then she informed the same to the court and want divorce and per month maintenance from me. i tell the truth to the court and also tell my mental agony which she given to me.
so my New question is
Q1 for not making wife pregnent, does it count as a crualty to wife ?
in court, I shows my willingness to live with her and she refuses it because she is unable to become mother of my child. as per the high court and suprem court order if wife leave her matrimonial home without any sufficient reason then she will not liable to pay any type of maintenance
Q2 does this law follow in my case to prevent me from paying maintenance?
Q3 if yes then how much does i need to pay her?
