Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir
Before 1 and half year, after 3 month of marriage my wife threating me for filing false alligation like DV and 498a because i came to know of her past affair. after studing the maintenance related case, i got shocked and i take a extreme step that i do my Nasbandy without permition of my wife. then after i informed it to my wife and also said her that she will never get any type of child from me. she then after start living separately and then she informed the same to the court and want divorce and per month maintenance from me. i tell the truth to the court and also tell my mental agony which she given to me.
so my question is
Q1 could wife get divource on the above ground for crualty that she never give berth my child?
Q2 if in court, I shows my willingness to live with her and she refuses it because she is unable to become mother of my child then could husband is liable to pay any type of maintenance to her on this ground ?
Q3 could my wife forced me for pregnenting her by any other mean? if yes does i liable to pay maintenance to that child ?

1. that may not be a valid ground for divorce.

2. Yes, the husband will still be liable to pay maintenance.

3. No; but she could surely persuade you for any other scientific means; and if a child is born, you may be liable to pay maintenance.

My advice: please try to sort out all differences by amicable settlement.
