One of my collegues son in law got derailed and got
affenced with other lady and plan to do register marraige, we want to check that and stop before doing the same.
kindly advice us.

The proposed marriage will be null and void having no legal effect. You may seek his criminal prosecution for the offence of bigamy, if the marriage takes place. However, a complaint may be lodged with the local police to stop the proposed marriage.
you may have to inform the marriage registrar about the existing marriage and the second marriage would not be registered. you may take the help of police.
