Dear Sir,

Here my female friend is pettitioned 498 a behalf of her husband,her husband hitt at her fathers home and on road,the case is in the court from 4 years,but still she want divorce with her husband,

I want to know that If she is able to take Divoce to him,or not.

tell me all procedure of that.

yes she can divorce him and also can file a case under Domestic Violence Act.

Well a 498A case is a criminal case and it will take its course.

However for divorce, your friend will have to approach the Family Court.

If the husband is willing to divorce her then they may present a petition for

mutual consent divorce. Otherwise your friend will have to file a petition for divorce.

your friend have to file divorce case and she can also get maintenance.
