Dear Sir,

I have applied for Restitution for Conjugal rights in Chennai high court , Presently neither my wife nor their advocate appearing in court for the counseling

As i have asked Ex- Party order in my favor as they are not appearing before court as judge replied next date is the last hearing ...

My question and i need your valuable reply and suggestion as if i get Ex- Party Order what should be the legal procedure after that....

Please guide me in this .....
