Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

I have filed 498a case and case under DV act 2005. and I got residence orders as welland presently i am satying in that house. My husband and in laws are on anticipatory bail. But i doubt when they harm me. If they try to harm me anytime and if call the police, will they arrested because i have protection orders or not because they have anticipatory bail.

you should have sought protection in your domestic violence complaint itself. are there orders that they cannot enter the portion of house you staying in. better check that with your lawyer and seek further orders in this regard.
