Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

I have filed 498a case 3.5 months back. Tomorrow i am planning to file a case under DV act 2005 for residence order u/s 19, protection order u/s 18, return of sthridhan. Will the case field under dv act hamper the case filed u/s 498a IPC.

If it is going ot effect the 498a case, please tell what relief i can seek u/ DV act 2005.

the remedies under Domestic Violence Act are distinct from 498a and will have no adverse affect on DV case/
