Dear sir,

I have filed RCR case and judge has decided to give ex parte order in favor of me if my wife and their advocate not appearing in court

Please clarify.... after the ex parte order what should i do , will the court send an notice to my wife ..

what will be the next course of action please suggest me

I need your valuable reply on this .....

Even if you get the Decree of Restitution of Conjugal Rights from the court and your wife does'nt wish to live with you, you cannot force her but apply for divorce .

You can file EP even for arrest within the period of two years. You cant insist afterwards. If she not turned up even after two years, the same will be a ground for divorce
