Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir,

I have filed for RCR in the month of November 2010, and counseling is going on , but suddenly i got a legal notice on third hearing that i have been harassed with asking dowry , but while counseling my wife said i have not asked dowry , what will happen will the court grant divorce or, they have applied for divorce

please suggest me should i prove something in court .....

Please correct your facts . You want your wife to be back but she seems not to be interested .I would like to see your petition u/s 9 of HMA to comment on anything.

has your wife filed any case like 498A IPC. For divorce filing of Divorce case is necessary. Has your wife asked for divorce in the reply if any they have filed to the RCR filed by you.
