Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,
I am Hafiz, married to a christian through specail marriage act and I also married her as per Islam after she willingly got converted. We are blessed with a duaghter who is now 6.5Yrs. Becuase of some mere misunderstanding, she has got seperated with me for the last 2 months and she has left the baby and gone. I have made hundreds of efforts and apology to bring her back, but she is not ready. She has filled false case of domestic voilence and application for child custody. Baby is studying in bangalore in 1st standard where we have lived from the marriage date. I have been the primary parent. Please advice me what is best for our family. I have apologised in front of the court aswell and assure the court that this mistake will not repeast, but my wife is not ready to come back and wants the custody of baby.

You may utilise the services of Family counceller and also seek the help of relatives from both sides & try to sort out issue amicablly
