Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

I need you kind advice

I am an NRI ..I m staying in nepal for last 9 years . Last year i got married to a girl who is from calcutta ..we came to know each other via bharat matromonial and i went to calcutta and we got married . It went well.

Now just two days back her parents came and took her away from my home infront of my mom and my neighbour . All tried to explain them dont go let sujain (me) come home but the didnt listen and took her away ( brother and mom ) .

Her brother and mom threaten my mom and said ...tell you son to coem to calcutta within 7 days and settle down the matter ....by paying 13 lakhs .....other wise we will go for 498A..

My brother in law and sister stay in siliguri ..and they were present there in the marriage.

My mama stay in calcutta they too were present there in our marriage

I would like to also say that we dont need passport for nepal.

All our neighbour knows how she was....we never said anythignt o her she was allowed to do job ..no household work...she use to just go out and enjoy life sort of girl...while she went she created scene in my colony and all has seen that she went in my absence.

I WANT TO KNOW

1. What will happen if they use 498a

2. what should i do right at this moment

3. How effective 498 in nepal...and how it can trouble me...

4.My mom stay with me so will it side effect my relatives in india.

5.I SAW RED CORNER NOTICE WHAT IS ALL ABOUT AND WHAT CAN IT DO

please guide ..
