Legal Question in Family Law in India

dear sir,

I got married in 2004 and having one baby girl of 5 years now since the thing was not good going, i made complaint in family court against my wife in home town bihar per hindu marriage act that i want to keep her along but she is not interested, which was on verge to judgement. Lastly on her appeal in supreme court delhi the said case has been transfered to ghaziabad lower court.

Now what i want is: this case should neither be heard at ghaziabad nor at my home town bihar but it should be shifted to some other neutral locations like in delhi.

It is possible now ? if yes then what should i do further or what are the procedures.

for that you may have to seek transfer of the case to Delhi Courts by moving a transfer petition in the Supreme Court.

It usually doent happen so according to me it will be the waste of money and energy. Ill suggest you to fight the case in Ghaziabad only.
