Dear Sir,

I got married to my boy friend in Arya Samaj. After 1 year of marriage my husband and in laws throwed me out of their house. After 1 month of that happended i filed a 498a case. Now after 3 month of filing 498a, i want to reside my matrimonial house. So for that can i file a case under dv act for residence right? After court gives me the rights, til when the rights would be valid. if i file case under DV act, will that weekens my 498a case?

I want the 498a case should be continued at any cost.
