Dear Sir,
I got married in May 2010, my in-laws' behavior is not good to me since day 1 at their they harass me by taunts, and my husband does not speak anything against this. He says that it is your matter you have to deal with. In last 2 years I have been in deep mental agony that nobody is fighting for truth. My mother-in-law put daily some false charges on me and I have to prove myself despite being innocent. I have a 1 yr baby girl. Now every 2-3 days my husband says me to return to my father's home. I want to teach these guys a lesson that patriarchy has to be ended. kindly guide me what should I do ? Can I lodge a complaint under Domestic Violence Act for mental agony, but how can I prove that ?In case of divorce how much alimony I can get ?
They do not demand dowry but they think if I go back then my husband can remarry and get again huge dowry.

Dear client u can file dowry harassment case under sec 498-a against yr husband and in-laws. u can also file domestic violence case against them. file maintenance petition for u and yr daughter. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
