Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

I was married in March 2004 in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. We have completed 8 years of Married life. We have one daughter, she is 7+ years old.

Me and my wife with my daughter are staying in Meerut, Uttarpradesh away from my parents for the last 5 years. My parent are staying in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

It has become a regular practice of my wife that she is giving threat to me and my parents of filing 498A and domestic violence case.

Just to safeguard my old age parents, they published a notice in newspaper in March 2008 debarring me of their properties and not responsible for their son's (my) act, and also published that he is not staying with them.

Now considering all above fact, I have following queries.

1. What will be the impact of 498A after 8 years of Marriage.

2. What will be the consequence if my wife file a case and I hide my self in any other part of india. Will the above act of publishing in newspaper will make my parents safe.

3. Is there a provision of anticipatory bail in UP.

Please help me with the above queries

there can be 498a after 8 yrs of marriage and you may approach the high court for stay of arrest.
