Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

I got married in the year 2002 june, my wife and my self were together for five years though we have lot many mis understandings. In the year 2007 she left and started staying with their parents. She started demanding 50% of my salary sitting at their parents house. We have no issues yet. we have passed 2 & half years and I filed divorce case under Desertion act. After filing this after one month she has filed DV case along with interim maintenance of 25000 per month. Court has passed for Rs.10000, but i was not in a position to pay. Hence, I appealed in district court as I am un employed right now. Iam able to pay 2-3thousand as per my living standard. When trial was in district court, she also appealed in district court to order Rs.25000 as requested in sessions court. She never attended court & conciliation has failed in the devorce case. Please tell me how to go ahead. She is very adoment by nature. I behaved and discharged all my duties towards my wife. I am the only son for my parents. Please help me how to go ahead.
