Legal Question in Family Law in India
Dear Sir,
I have married 3 years back, we have 1 two year child, but since marriage there is annoying from wife site, she is at her father,s house since more than 1 year, they threaten us about fake dowry case, i have recorded a mobile call on which wife & her grandfather accept that i have not demanded any thing from them.
if they file case than can i use this recorded call as evidence.

they may be threatening to settle the matter out. better go for a settlement instead of fighting it out in the court. in case the need arise and you ll have to use the recorded conversation as evidence, then use it. you must remember that in matrimonial disputes even the winner is a loser to an extent, when there are children involved.
