Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir,

I was married 2 years back.Since then we had many problems at home.Now my wife says, she will stay forever with me. She says she does not want to leave me. So:

1) Can i get divorce in this case.

2) If yes, in how much time(months or years) can i get, and how can i get divorce.
