Legal Question in Family Law in India

Thanks Dear Sir,

I have 1 more Question, My wife's uncle & father are regularly threatening us and telling to us and peoples "mar dalenge, kaat dalenge"(not recorded),

i am living in Delhi, her uncle called me and told "Idhar aana tujhe batata hu, 24 hrs me tujhe barbaad kar dunga" (recorded)

wife is at her father's home since more than 1 year, i want divorce.

What should i do?

first of all u should appear before the police station and lunch the complaint against all of that peoples who threatening if police will registered the crime against them there after u should file the divorce petition in local court for seeking divorced from tour wife
