Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir
I (Shailaja) married 1yr ago. Both side parents are forced me to marry him as well as him, from 1year he never touched me even though we are sleeping on the same bed.
Now, I would like to give divorce him with out any police case, because in everything he is okay.except sex, He never interested in that and I know that he will never change in that because I know about him since childhood. So,I don't want to file a police case for the reason "MENTAL TORTURE" but I need divorce for the reason not doing sex with me.
And I am sure about him he is not getting sex elsewhere.

you have this question before. At the cost of repetition, please note that under the law, ground is cruelty. You will file petition for divorce stating that he has never caused sex with you and therefore the same is cruelty and you are entitled to divorce.

Dear Shailaja Madam: You are entitled to divorce on this ground. However, if you speak with him and make him agreeable for mutual consent divorce, that will fasten the process. A contested divorce is time consuming and a little difficult as compared to a consent divorce.
