Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

I have strain relations with my husband after 9 years of marriage. I have two kids 6 yrs boy and 3 yr daughter. I have 3 small queries:

1. I doubt my husband chat with some one and can i have blackberry messanger chat legally what all he writes and who he chat to.

2. Can i have legally apart from his SMS and call details, also content of his sms what he writes.

3. He meets one girl in daytime, though everytime on publice place. can it be used against him.

none of the points mentioned above would go to prove that your husband is living in adultery. sms or chat or even meeting girls in day time is no ground for divorce. better work out your relation with your husband with love and understanding.
