Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

i am studying in UK, i got married in 2009, my wife is doctor she is 4 years elder to me ,, after our marriage she didnt come to my and didnt live with me a single day she always wants live with her parents , finally i came to UK on 2010 after that she had complaint to police on me and family about dowry and harassment , mine is love come arrange marriage ,, now she telling that she want com to UK ,, are else she is want huge money, right now i am not working ,, so kindly tel me how solve this problem.

as you got married in india, the solution of your problems also lies in india. hire a good lawyer and explain him the situation and he would defend you and your family from dowry and harassment complaints. she may want huge money but the alimony is decided considering the assets and earning capacity of the husband.

Where did you get marry ? Where did she complain about you ,India or UK ? If you are studying in UK in 2009 then how come you went to UK in 2010 ? Please clarify to get legal advice.
