Legal Question in Family Law in India
Dear Sir,
I have been thrown out of my matrimonial house with a bag of cloths and on my request my education certificates 4 months back. The same day my Faher in law gave a complant at local police station that their daughter in law left home. They did not inform my parents, or sisters and jiju about anything. After 3-4 mediations (which are not successful) I filed a complaint against my husband u/s 498a. Then onwards i am staying in working womens hostel and doing job. now it is difficult for me to continue in hostel, i want to take a small house. Before marriage i ahve purhcased all house hold articles with my salary. Now i want to ask my husband to return them to me as it is difficult to buy each and every thing. He also accepted to return. But my husband informed me thru common friend that i need to sign a paper that the article received. Do i need to give such receipt. Since they are not allowing me to saty in matrimonial house, it is necessary for me to take house. Can i ask him to give a letter from my husband to give since i am not allowed into my matrimonial house, he is sending house hold article on my request.
Need ur help.
Pls suggest me what i have to do. I want my husband and in lwas to get punished at any cost. pls suggest any lawyer in Hyderabad.

in case you receive the articles, you should sign the receipt for those articles as well....however, contact a good lawyer
you may also approach the legal aid office of the government to get government lawyer - free of cost. You may request for a lady lawyer.
