dear sir,i wanted to persue my master studies in uk.i am married and got seperated officially but not judicially.sponser is my father..........do i need any acceptance from my husband to persue masters.???it couldnt be possible as we are seperated.if i say about my marriage situation to visa authorities will they grant me visa for studies???kindly help me out

No, legally speaking, you do not need permission from your husband to persue your masters.

Your marital status will not affect if you are applying student visa

in your situation, concealment of fact would lead you no where. it may even amount to fraud concealing your marital status from visa authorities.
