Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir,

I am a 32 year old single man working in a reputated psu as an engineer. I want to adopt a girl who is 22 year old as a daughter by her wish.i know her from last 12 years . there is no imotional touch between her and biological parents. She want me as a her father. I also want her as a my child,we have also spending so much tough time in past in their families. We are just waiting that moment when we both come together by this strong father-daughter relation by law. Which can save our life. May it can happen? Plz solve our problem. I know there are some people things this type relation on that age. But we feel proud and thanks to god which generate this type of fellings between us. Sir plz help us and provide best possible solution.
