We have decided that we both will live togather, and now need your help to do it smoothly...

His wife is not good person, doing all this for money and to make him upset..

Dear Sir,

I am 28 year old girl.. Who is unmarried...

I want to have Maitri Karar with a boy (living in Gujarat), who is married and is not staying with his wife for last 2 years..He has already applied for Divorce and case is going on.. His wife has also filed 498 case and Domestic Violance act, which is still not concluded..

Can you please let me know, whether i can stay with him or not.. infact, we have decided to stay togather..

what action his wife can take if she come to know that we both are staying togather...

What provision we can make so that we will not come in fault?

Can i stay with him just by entering in service contract or rent contract??

Please please provide answer of all question at the earliest..

Over to it both of you can not marry each other till the time a divorce is granted to him.

What allegations has she levied on him in 498 A case ?

And what grounds has he taken in his divorce petition?

After going through the case file we would be able to suggest further ...
