Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Please advice what we should do when the husband is not appearing in court for mutual divorce hearings. We had decided to forgive the husband and his family and mutually filed divorce so as to save our time and avoid legal hassle. It was mutually decided that the husband 's family will return a part of our jewellery on the day of filling and rest all of it on the day of final hearing. But they dont appear on the hearing nor they return us and nine months have passed since.

Please advice us what we should do as relatives say the criminal case is not advised as it is not strong.
