Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir/Madam,

I have filed a divorce case on jan/2009 in a family court in chennai based on mental cruelty.

Till now the case is dragging and the court ordered an amount for Interim maintenance.

She wants to Harass me and wants me to live alone without anyone.

My parents are old enough that they cant look after themselves.

I need a partner for me and to look after my parents also.

Without marrying her till i get the decree of divorce from my first wife , Shall i start a Living together life with her.

If so what will be the consequences will i have to face.

You can stay with a woman but do not get caught by your wife as she would file a case of bigamy and adultery against you and your girl friend.
