Dear sir/Madam
I got married in 2007 , that time my father in law show me false age proof, actually his daughter false D.O.B is 1981 , he wrote a biodata in plane paper and gave me, but
In his daughter school leaving certificate the D.O.B is 1980, and the real D.O.B is 1979.
So sir he gave me the totally false information, we have not checked any document that time we believe in words this was our fault.
Sir I have got all original D.O.B proof in my hand, so which action to be taken against this fraud case made by my father in law.
Also one point he hides all this from his daughter. But right now she knows each and every thing. Right now she against her father So please let me know about the law against this fraud case.

merely change in date or year of birth is no reason of action unless it is proved that how you were deceived or made to believe her age and marry her. this way you also going against your wife.
if you can prove that you were cheated due to your father in law's above act then you can file case u/s 420 IPC.
